Dizzyatom (/ˈdɪziːætəm/) envisions, designs and develops software and computer systems to address unique customer issues. We develop solutions for problems considered to be niche or specialized for larger IT companies but vital to the operations of our customers.

Dizzyatom was officially incorporated in 2003 and has provided specialized solutions for customers in a variety of industries including legal, insurance, local government, hospital, telecommunications, health & beauty, food safety, entertainment, retail, accounting, general inventory and sales operations, global life science companies, non-profits and higher education.

We believe there is an ongoing need in the marketplace for specialized software solutions for customers not served by the more commonly available commercial, one-size-fits-all solutions.

Products and Technologies

Dizzyatom currently owns and delivers three complete software solutions. In addition, we have numerous smaller consulting engagements ongoing at any point in time. Dizzyatom does not host a datacenter nor internally store client data. Instead, we work with existing client systems or manage cloud-based services such as Microsoft Azure for clients. Dizzyatom works closely with clients to meet security and compliance goals.

Support

Dizzyatom provides support for its customers and resellers directly through our automated ticket system. This system generates a trackable incident number and notifies appropriate support agents. The ticket system is accessible 24/7 via support. Problems not suitable for email can be resolved by support agents over the phone or through a screen-sharing application such as WebEx, join.me or Skype.
